1. How much does it cost to deliver a groupage cargo to Ukraine?

Please use our online calculator. You need to enter the route and size of the cargo (dimensions, weight, number of pallets).

2. Will you deliver the cargo to our customs office or to our warehouse?

We will deliver your cargo through your customs office to your warehouse.

3. What are the weight and size restrictions for the delivery of groupage cargo?

The minimum parameters: length - 30 cm, width - 30 cm, height - 30 cm, weight - 30 kg.
The maximum parameters: length - 680 cm, width - 680 cm, height - 265 cm, weight - 1000 kg.
The maximum number of packages is 15.
The maximum weight of the whole shipment is 15 tons.

4. If our cargo exceeds the maximum dimensions, will the calculator calculate the delivery cost?

The calculator will not calculate the delivery cost of the cargo that exceeds the weight and dimensions parameters. To calculate the delivery cost of such cargo, please send us a request.

5. What are the countries you deliver the cargo from?

This calculator calculates delivery only from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Estonia ... But we deliver goods from all European countries. If you do not find the country you need in the calculator, please send us a request.

6. Do you deliver an urgent cargo which is not a part of groupage cargo?

Yes, we do. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 days depending on the country of origin. To calculate the cost and delivery time, please send us a request.

7. How do you guarantee the safety of the cargo?

We use modern transport which is equipped with GPS navigation. Additionally, we insure the delivery liability with a limit of 2, 000,000 UAH or 10 euros per 1 kg of cargo as well.

8. Who can carry out customs clearance of cargo in Ukraine?

Customs clearance of cargo in Ukraine can be done by your customs broker. If you do not have a customs broker, please contact us, we will carry out customs clearance of your cargo.

9. Do you deliver personal items, parcels? Do you work only with legal entities or with individuals too?

We work only with legal entities. We do not deliver personal items, parcels, mails.

10. What kind of cargo is not calculated by the calculator?

The calculator does not calculate the cost of the following goods:

transit cargo (T1)
excise goods
dual-use cargo (defense industry)
cargo of animal or vegetable origin
temporary admission cargo
cargo that requires temperature control
personal belongings

11. What kind of goods do you accept for transportation?

We accept all goods, except those listed in clause 10. The goods must be packed. Types of packaging: boxes, bags, big bags, barrels, rolls, pallets, etc., any other packaging that ensures the safety of the cargo.

12. What kind of documents are required to send LTL cargo?

To send the cargo, the sender must have the following documents: INVOICE, Packing list.
